In early 2015 I underwent a surgery for a Cochlear implant. It sounded so bad when it first came on that it all seemed hopeless. Last year about this time. I eventually heard birds chirping for the first time in many years. I had given my guitar away to my Son. I had been sure that I would never play in public again. I now play every week in church and often enough in other settings.
